Initiate Your Request
Log into your Fairmont account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping markers.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
